MARSHALL LAW To Embark On Summer Tour
February 21, 2006Long-running Birmingham-based heavy metal band MARSHALL LAW, who at one time featured Lee Morris of PARADISE LOST on drums, have announced plans for a summer tour ahead of their appearance at this year's Bloodstock festival. Dates confirmed so far are as follows:
Aug. 23 - The Soundhaus – Glasgow, UK
Aug. 26 - Snooty Fox - Wakefield, UK
Special guests/co-headliners will be Irish metallers STEEL TORMENTOR, who are also confirmed for Bloodstock.
This year's installment of the Bloodstock Festival is set to take place September 29-30 at the Assembly Rooms in Derbyshire, England.
MARSHALL LAW recently parted ways with drummer Chris Green. A replacement drummer has yet to be announced.
MARSHALL LAW have spent the last few years crafting a new album entitled "Axis Of Power". Previous LPs include "Marshall Law" in 1990, "Powergame" in 1993, "Law In The Raw" in 1996, "Metal Detector" in 1997 and "Warning From History" in 1999. Sanctuary Records issued a double CD anthology set, "Power Crazy", in 2002.
